MEDARO ANNOUNCES LEADERSHIP CHANGES

Vancouver, British Columbia — October 28, 2025 Medaro Mining Corp. (the “Company” or “Medaro”) (CSE:MEDA )(OTC PINK:MEDAF) (FWB:1ZY) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mark Ireton, a current director of the Company, as Chief Executive Officer and Odai Horani to its board of directors. Odai is a Professional Engineer with extensive experience managing large-scale infrastructure and mining development programs across Canada. He has led multidisciplinary teams in the planning, design, and delivery of complex industrial and resource-based facilities, with a focus on technical excellence, financial planning and analysis, and strategic program execution. Oday’s background spans engineering, project governance, and investment planning, enabling him to bring a results-driven and forward-thinking perspective to Medaro’s board.

In connection with the appointments above, Faizaan Lalani has resigned from his positions of interim CEO, president and director of the Company. The Company would like to thank Mr. Lalani for his contributions and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
